Why do some pictures say "AI Generated Content"?

We use the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra's gallery app, which includes an AI tool to remove background elements that aren't relevant to the coral — such as cluttered tank equipment or distracting backgrounds. The coral itself is completely unchanged and accurately represented. If you'd like additional photos or videos of any coral before purchasing, you're always welcome to reach out and we'll be happy to provide them.

Do you have a Dead on Arrival (DOA) policy?

Yes! We stand behind the health of every coral we ship. If your coral arrives dead, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a clear photo of the coral still in the unopened bag. We'll work with you to make it right.

How do you ship live corals?

All live corals are shipped with insulated packaging and heat or cold packs as needed based on weather conditions. We ship via overnight delivery to minimize transit time and stress on the animals.

Can I request more photos or videos before buying?

Absolutely! We encourage it. Reach out to us through the Contact Us page and we'll send you additional photos or a video of the specific coral you're interested in.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes, local pickup is available. Select the local pickup option at checkout and we'll coordinate a time with you.

How do I care for my new coral?

Each coral has specific care requirements. We recommend acclimating your new coral slowly to your tank's parameters and placing it in an appropriate spot for its light and flow needs. Feel free to contact us if you have any care questions — we're always happy to help!
