All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
🌈 Coral Color & Appearance
Coral coloration varies naturally and may appear different due to our lighting, cameras, filters, and your tank’s lighting, settings, and environment. Because of these variables, we cannot guarantee exact color accuracy, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for color differences.
🫧 Acclimation & Post‑Arrival Losses
We cannot provide refunds, replacements, or credits for any losses that occur during or after your acclimation process. Once the coral is in your care, its health depends on your tank conditions and handling.
💲 Pricing & Product Accuracy
Prices and product information may change at any time. While we work hard to ensure accuracy, mistakes can occur. If an obvious pricing or listing error is found (for example, a $100 coral listed at $1), we reserve the right to pause or cancel the order.
✂️ Custom Cuts & Health Concerns
Some corals are cut to order depending on availability and size. If we observe any health concerns with a coral—whether custom‑cut or WYSIWYG—we will contact you to select a replacement or receive a refund. We will not ship unhealthy coral under any circumstance.
