All corals are sold as‑is. We strive to provide accurate photos and descriptions, but coral appearance varies due to lighting, camera settings, filters, and your tank environment. Color accuracy is not guaranteed.


3. Pricing, Errors & Availability

Prices may change at any time without notice. If a listing contains an obvious error (e.g., a $100 coral listed for $1), we reserve the right to pause or cancel the order. Availability is not guaranteed until the order is confirmed and prepared for shipment.


4. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee fulfillment. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including:

  • Health concerns with the coral

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Fraud prevention

  • Shipping limitations

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund when applicable.


5. Custom Cuts

Some corals are cut to order depending on size and availability. If a coral—custom cut or WYSIWYG—shows signs of stress or poor health before shipping, we will contact you to choose a replacement or receive a refund. We will not ship unhealthy coral.


6. All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.


7. Acclimation & Post‑Arrival Responsibility

We are not responsible for any losses that occur during or after your acclimation process. Once the coral is in your possession, its health depends on your tank conditions, parameters, and handling.


8. Shipping, DOA & Claims

Shipping terms, DOA requirements, and claim procedures are outlined in our Shipping Policy and DOA Policy. By purchasing, you agree to follow those policies exactly, including photo requirements and time windows.


9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Website for fraudulent activity

  • Attempt to bypass security features

  • Copy or misuse images, branding, or product listings

  • Harass or abuse staff through email or messaging

  • Interfere with Website functionality


10. Intellectual Property
